Name the 3 Unforgiveable Curses. Describe how to cast each and the effects of each curse. Why are they unforgiveable and what will happen to the person who cast them?
1. Crucio-The Cruciatus curse tortures the victim unmercifully. The effect of the curse has to do with the feelings of the person casting it.
2. Imperio- An individual under the Imperius curse has no free will or ability to make decisions, acting essentially as a puppet of the dark witch or wizard who is casting the curse.
3. Avada Kedavra, the killing curse, is the most devastating unforgivable curse. It causes a jet of green light, and a rushing noise; the curse causes instant death to the victim. It leaves no mark of death.
The curses are so named because their use is - except by Ministry authorisation - forbidden and unforgivable when used on another human or probably any sentient being. Use of any of these spells on any human being can carry a whole life tariff in the magical wizard's prison of Azkaban. To perform the Unforgivable Curses, the caster must "mean it". This means that they need to want the effects a fair amount for the effects to last

Day dreaming about brooms....
Our assignment for flying is to come up with our "fantasy" quidditch team. I see my field set in a deep valley full of big beautiful trees all at least 300 years old. The stands for the spectators are bewithched so that they are invisible as if all the fans are floating in mid air. As the team enters the field they will be riding brooms that look as though they were carved by hand. Each player has their own special design on the handle. Mine of corse would be a green snake with maybe a few green gems making it spakle in the sunlight. My robe would also be green but it would be made of something so light and airy. Maybe just a hint of silver thread running through it.
The crowd cheers as the Slytherin girls win thier first game :) Now back to real life....
EVANESCO
Here is my Charms assignment....I made this jellyfish for a friend who hasn't been doing real well. I hope that it will cheer her up! Before...I had to pick up the stitches to add the bottom and stuff it...I also had to make the tentacles and sew it all together.
I had a hard time with the pattern...the bell gave me some trouble so I set it aside and forgot about it unitl this assignment came along so I FORCED myself to finish it. I am very happy with the way it came out, but I don't think I will be making another one.

Ancient Runes "Slippers"
Our homework was to make a pair of slippers and incoporate runes on out silppers some how. Well I made a pair of slipper for my Grandpa who is in the hospital. And well I didn't think that he would really know or care if I added any runes on them so Professor Kaae has offered me some extra credit if I do "something funny ore creative with runes (not on the slippers) I’ll slip you a little extra… ;)"
So I decided just to do somthing else so I wrote out a chart for my muggle name, Molly. I then decided to make a wall hanging and use intarsia to make the runes. Well then something funny happened. You see I have only done a few color work projects, please keep that in mind:) So I knitted my little wall hanging and when I was finished I was very pleased and happy with the way the color work came out. Then I actually looked at t
he runes and if you notice I did the "oll" backwards!!!! AHHHH!! I was going to do it again but since she offered me a "funny" outlet I seem to have found it! Here are some pics of my silly name:)
